Tinashe has unveiled her new album, Quantum Baby, slated for release on August 16 under Nice Life Recording Company. This album serves as the second chapter in a trilogy, following 2023’s BB/ANG3L. Describing the project, Tinashe says, Quantum Baby delves deeper into understanding myself as both an individual and an artist. I refuse to be confined to one identity, and the title reflects the multifaceted nature of my creativity.”

Leading the album is her viral hit “Nasty,” currently ranked at No. 62 on the Billboard Hot 100, alongside the newly released single “Getting No Sleep,” co-written with producers Nosaj Thing and Billy Lemos. The track is paired with a visually stunning video directed by Jonah Haber. As a continuation of BB/ANG3L, Quantum Baby maintains the thematic and musical evolution, with contributions from producers Nosaj Thing and Scoop Deville.
