PJ Morton took to social media to announce his upcoming album, Cape Town to Cairo, is set to release on June 14.

The multi-hyphenated Grammy winner crafted his album during an extensive tour across Africa, touching down in South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, and Egypt over the course of a month, a trip that he attributes to be the best trip he has ever taken.

The nine-track offering, featuring the lead single “Please Be Good,” showcases a diverse range of musical styles and themes, and with the album announcement providing excitement enough, Morton will shortly after be hitting the road.
