KAYTRANADA has announced that his third album, Timeless, will drop on June 7 via RCA Records. The eagerly anticipated album features collaborations with artists such as Dawn Richard, Tinashe, Childish Gambino, Anderson .Paak, SiR, Durand Bernarr, Ravyn Lenae, PinkPantheress, Rochelle Jordan, and more. Jordan is highlighted on the previously released “Lover/Friend,” which has been updated and reissued today. She also features on the second track, “Spit It Out.” Mariah The Scientist’s “Out of Luck,” from her recent album To Be Eaten Alive, is included as one of the four bonus tracks on Timeless. Channel Tres is featured on “Stuntin,” the B-side to “Lover/Friend” that was released in December.
Timeless follows KAYTRANADA’s 2019 album, Bubba, which made history at the 2021 Grammy Awards. The Haitian-Canadian DJ and producer became the first Black person to win Best Dance/Electronic Album. He also took home the award for Best Dance Electronic Recording for “10%” with Kali Uchis. In November 2021, KAYTRANADA dropped his Intimidated EP, which included the H.E.R.-assisted title track, “Be Careful” featuring Thundercat, and “$payforhaiti” with Mach-Hommy. Timeless will be available in digital format and on vinyl.
